Rob has worked in the Wealth Advisory profession for over 30 years. He has built a successful investment management practice and a respected life-centered financial planning firm. As your Wealth Advisor, he will coordinate the financial planning process for you. Rob will help you to identify your goals and he will work with you to implement a series of strategies that will help you to realize your vision for the future.

As a wealth advisor, Connor thrives on helping clients to refine and implement life-centered financial plans. He loves the peace of mind that a coordinated evidenced-based strategy can bring to a client and their inner circle. Focusing on F.O.R.M. and our proprietary Brick House Planning Process® fits very nicely with his natural mindset to be very process driven. Connor also fills the critical role of system manager for our operation. Making certain that client communication flows as it should, is the lifeblood of our relationships. With that in mind, Connor works to make sure that all of our technology is fulfilling the role that it's designed to play.
Education
Connor graduated Cum Laude from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness Management.

In his free time, Connor likes to stay active including golfing and exercising. Connor is a huge Phillies and Sixers fan, and is an avid reader. He also enjoys relaxing with his family and friends.
Morgan E. Zafonte, CFP®Lead Advisor
Morgan enjoys working closely with clients to create, implement, and monitor custom life-centered financial plans that help to provide a roadmap to navigate the ever-changing landscape of their financial lives. She is dedicated to upholding the fiduciary standards for our clients and providing evidence-based planning rooted in academic research. Morgan is also extremely involved in day-to-day portfolio implementation and ongoing management. She enjoys helping clients simplify their financial lives through efficient planning and precise execution.
Professional Experience
Starting her career in Supply Chain Management for Johnson & Johnson, Morgan discovered her passion for working with a process, but wanted to help people on a more personal level. She found financial planning to be the perfect opportunity to help clients define their ideal lifestyle, and then direct their available resources towards that end.
Education
Morgan is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), so you can be sure that she provides expert and professional financial planning services. To earn the CFP designation, Morgan had to complete an approved educational program, pass a rigorous examination and meet stringent experience requirements. Morgan also adheres to a professional Code of Ethics and she fulfills annual continuing education requirements to remain aware of current planning strategies and financial trends. She is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain and Information Systems.

Outside of work, Morgan likes to stay busy. Whether spending time with family, friends, or her dog, Luna, she is always up for a new adventure!
Amanda ZiinoSenior Client Relationship Specialist
Amanda is responsible for assisting clients during the onboarding process including technology and account set-up. She keeps our back office running smoothly, provides valuable know how and determined follow-through with administrative functions. Amanda also takes great pride to ensure a warm, safe and welcoming environment for visiting clients.
